The Grove at Red Oak Lake can accommodate 360 participants and after our new cabin renovation, we will easily be able to accommodate over 400! Pioneer Lodge (Minimum 64 Maximum 88)
Pioneer Lodge is our most popular building with mid-sized groups. When you walk in the front doors, you enter the lobby with couches for a sitting area. To your left and right, you will find bunk-style lodging and bathrooms. Each side has one large room that sleeps 40 people and one small room that sleeps 4 people. So, you can sleep up to 44 males and 44 females. Directly behind the lobby, is the kitchenette. A refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and counter space is provided for your use. No cooking is permitted in the building; however, you are welcome to bring food that does not require cooking or use our outdoor grills. A convenient breeze-through window provides easy access to the meeting space directly behind the kitchenette. This beautiful meeting space with floor to ceiling windows that overlooks the lake will hold up to 150 people. Walk out onto the spacious deck to get an even closer view of the glistening waters.

Memphis House (Minimum 10 max 20)
This house has been converted into a cabin style setting with a small conference space. A refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and counter space is provided for your use. No cooking is permitted in the building; however, you are welcome to bring food that does not require cooking or use our outdoor grills.

Bunk House (Minimum 15 Maximum 30)
The Bunkhouse is most popular with small Men’s or Women’s retreats, but makes a great lodging option for many different groups. This lodging option sleeps up to 33 of one gender. When you open the front door, you will walk right into the large room with 15 bunks. In the back, you will find clean, well-kept bathrooms. We would supplement this lodging choice with one of our detached meeting spaces. Each meeting space would be large enough for your entire group and include a small kitchenette area. A refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and counter space is provided for your use. No cooking is permitted in the building; however, you are welcome to bring food that does not require cooking or use our outdoor grills.

New Cabin 5
New Cabin 5 will be coming soon. When you walk in the building you will find yourself in a meeting space large Cabin 5 sleeps 20 guest of one gender in an open setting with bunk beds and spacious bathrooms included. We would supplement this lodging choice with one of our detached meeting spaces. Each meeting space would be large enough for your entire group and include a small kitchenette area. A refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and counter space is provided for your use. No cooking is permitted in the building; however, you are welcome to bring snacks and refreshments for your group.

Cabins (Minimum 5 Maximum 8-10)
Our Cabins are an excellent way to break up a large group into smaller lodging clusters. Each cabin sleeps 8-10 of one gender. We have 5 cabins that have bathrooms inside. The other cabins use detached shower houses nearby. Each cabin is one room of 4 or 5 bunks. If there are restrooms inside, they are located in the back. In total we have 22 cabins accommodating 216 people. We would supplement this lodging choice with one of our detached meeting spaces. Each meeting space would be large enough for your entire group and include a small kitchenette area. A refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and counter space is provided for your use. No cooking is permitted in the building; however, you are welcome to bring food that does not require cooking or use our outdoor grills.

Looking for something new? Here is a fun new way to experience camp life. We have climate controlled ENO Hammock cabin that sleeps 10! You can bring yours or simple use one of ours. All you will need to bring is your sleeping bag or bedding appropriate for a hammock.
